Ambition
I hope to achieve as much as possible; travel the world with my job either working in a spa abroad or working on the cruise ships. Eventually I would like to be a lecturer at a college.

What made you get involved in competitions?
A lecturer at college encouraged me to enter the regional WorldSkills UK Beauty Therapy competition and I am really glad that she did! From being in the competitions I have gained a lot of experience in my skill and it has given me more confidence in myself.

What does this experience mean to you?
It means a lot to represent my country at my skill - there are not many opportunities for people to represent their country for anything other than sport.

Personal achievements
Going to Brathay and doing activities that I would not be able to do in my day to day life, meeting many new people from all over the country with all different backgrounds and having the opportunity to go on all of the training courses that have been offered to me to improve my skills.

Something we didn’t know about Charlotte
I used to work with a wedding photographer. It was a really interesting job where I visited a lot of different places. Brides were really happy with the results.
