What made you get involved in competitions?
The comments from lecturers and colleagues – they inspired the need in me to achieve big
things.
What does this experience mean to you?
It is an honour to be among the top in the UK. The thought of it makes me so proud of myself.
It’s such a leap from what my life was like 2 years ago.
Personal achievements
I have developed better team skills and made a lot of new friends. I climbed up a very high
wall even though I don’t like heights.

I love snowboarding and mountain boarding and am into all extreme sports. I also love films.
