Ambition
To be promoted to Warrant Officer or potentially apply for a commission.
What made you get involved in competitions?
I was nominated last year by DCAE Gosport to represent the Royal Navy in the Technician of
the Year Awards 2008 held at DCAE Cosford.
What does this experience mean to you?
It’s an opportunity to test myself against the best people in the world and to push myself to
the limit to find out what I can really achieve.
Personal achievements
I have completed 2 operational tours of Afghanistan and served at sea aboard HMS
Illustrious.
