Ambition
I want to show the world my skills and achieve great success in the landscape industry.
What made you get involved in competitions?
I was selected in 2006 to represent Otley at the WorldSkills UK national competitions. Then
in 2007 represented them again and won the intermediate final. And I was then entered into 2008
WorldSkills UK advanced competitions and won the national final at Saltex 2008.
What does this experience mean to you?
It means that I can be the best in my skill. Representing the UK is a great honour.
Personal achievements
Beating my own college in a model garden competition at a country show in May 2008.
Something we didn’t know about William
I love landscaping, it is the best thing in the world.
