Pablo Lloyd
Pablo is Deputy Chief Executive at Ufi, responsible for business development, government relations, strategic planning and Human Resources. He has been with Ufi since the company was formed in 1999, having joined as Finance Director to set up the group structure and financial & HR systems. He was previously Finance Director at the MCPS-PRS Alliance, a merger of the UK's two largest organisations managing music royalties for songwriters and publishers. He spent his early career in retail financial services, heading up savings products at Nationwide Group, being Finance Director of Nationwide's property services subsidiary and as a programme manager at Lloyds TSB. He has a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Cambridge University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co in 1984.
