 Sara Baade - Director of Awards

 

Sara joined UK Skills in 2005 as Project Manager for the Learning and Skills Beacon Awards.

Now Director of Awards, Sara oversees all the award’s contracts that UK Skills deliver including the National Training Awards, Apprenticeship Awards and the Workforce Development Awards.

Sara oversaw the extensive evaluation of the National Training Awards in 2007 and the development of the “New NTA 2008” concept.

Prior to joining UK Skills Sara worked for Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking division. Following that she was the Business Development Manager for Gateway College.
